In 2016, Tysubi Charolais was established by Ty Stanton alongside parents Sue and Bill. The Stud was developed to complement our pre-existing commercial vealer operation Tysubi Beef near Rutherglen on the NSW/VIC border.
Our ties to the Charolais breed trace back to its roots in the early 70s when my grandparents purchased a son of Sucre, the first Charolais sire brought into Australia.
The stud herd began with the purchase of females from Palgrove, Clarinda, Charnelle, Valley View Charolais, and more recently the purchase of a very special cow and calf unit – Palgrove Bronwin N1631 and R1226 and the entire Autumn calving herd from the Huon Charolais Dispersal.
